I was having a bad trip to the university medical center when it was lunchtime and I found Green Ghost Tacos right next to me. I LOVE GOOD TACOS. They did not disappoint. The Birria tacos were big and packed with flavor. I also added a couple traditional tacos to switch it up, another hit. Their handmade green corn tortillas are a nice touch. But the steak was cooked well and I got the pastor which was delicious. I'm definitely going back for more. Might have to explore the menu a bit and update this review...but it's already a must go to spot in Jackson MS as far as this Texas boy is concerned.

The rice had no flavor, and when I called before placing my DoorDash order to check if there was sauce on the tacos, they assured me there wasn't any. When we received our food, there was indeed sauce on them, though thankfully it wasn't spicy. I also paid $4 for four churros, but they were so hard that I could barely eat two of them, and my boyfriend struggled with his as well. I definitely won't be spending $36 here again. On a positive note, our DoorDash driver, Michael, was quick and delivered our food right to us.

I tried their Birria tacos from the restaurant, which came with broth and some Mexican rice. It was absolutely fantastic! @phidingthefam
