I was there Easter Saturday weekend with family and it was my second time being there and the service and food was as good as it was the first time I was there for my birthday. Not only the staff was friendly but the other people’s that were sitting near us was friendly . I would highly recommend this restaurant. View all feedback.
What Daniel Ballinger doesn't like about Flatiron Grille:
Burger was raw, sent it back to the kitchen, it came back out just as raw. They offered me a free dessert... I told them no and didn't pay for the burger. My wife's shrimp were overcooked, she said Long John silver's was better. We will go there next time lol.Mac and cheese was good and she enjoyed the grilled Cesar salad. View all feedback.
I loved the Grilled Pork Chop. It was the best I ever had! And our server was a young Latina named, Remy. She was excellent!?????
Food was great ?? just took a long time to get main dish thankfully we got appetizers and salads
Love the quietness and the laid back atmosphere. Will be visiting again Parking: Not far away from the building Kid-friendliness: Children enjoyed themselves due to it being a Father's Day dinner. A different environment they have never seen before.
Best filet migñon I've ever eaten. Excellent service, atmosphere is intimate. Drinks are well made and generous.
We met here for our son’s graduation dinner. I have read some of the negative reviews and our experience couldn’t be any more different. Our reserved table was ready and set up ahead of time for our arrival. The dinner was by candlelight and the darker environment made the experience more unique and lovely. The entire place is pretty and decorated so tastefully. The music was great. I enjoy being able to hear the people at our table but not having to hear conversations at other tables or worry about them hearing mine so the music was perfect. Our waitress (I wish I had gotten her name) was very nice and we never had an empty glass. She handled our table of 10 (with an open menu) and made it look easy. The food was great and the portions were nice! Our table ordered the peppadew hot cheese dip appetizer, sesame chicken appetizer, the bone-in ribeye, blackened chicken Alfredo, blu cheese burger, FG burger, and wild mushroom risotto. Everyone was satisfied and impressed with the food all around the table! Not one complaint that I heard. The price was right for the quality of the food. Lovely, classy place with quality food. What a nice place to have in Jackson, TN!
