It's a great way t... read more This is the highest rated BBQ joint in the area and it's pretty good. The menu is pretty big, but it's mostly variations of a few core items. It's a great way to run a shop like this. The Slaw Dog was great. The hot dog was beef and tasted great. I gotmine with onions and mustard and I loved it. The BBQ plate was good too. The pork was really good smoked pork. It had a nicesmoke ring and good bark. There wasn't any rub on it, which was actually pretty nice. It paired great with the hot BBQsauce. They use quite a bit of store bought items, like the potato salad, doctored beans, no bake cheesecake, but it doesn'tmatter. It's not a pretentious BBQ shop. It's just good food you want to eat. I'll eat here again, for sure.

I've been a loyal customer for years and have always left satisfied. For just 50 bucks, you can indulge in a half rack of ribs, a pound of brisket, and a variety of sides. I can easily feed my family of three—two big eaters and one who prefers lighter portions—for several days without spending too much. I can't recommend it enough! Also, I appreciate that they keep their menu and sauce updated with their 2022 prices.
