Was Andrew at E & L Barbeque a mag?
I ordered the rib tips plate, which comes with two sides. The restaurant has a bit of a divey vibe and is located in a rough neighborhood, but at least they have an armed security guard on site. I’ll have to come back to try the regular BBQ next time. View all feedback.

I came here from Texas, and they were closed. What happened? I arrived at 6 PM, and there was no business at all—nothing. I'm sorry, but I had to leave this review. I called, and there was no answer. So if people are planning to eat here, when can they actually do so? View all feedback.

Damn fine BBQ!!! Love the bread slices. I've been eating here for 20 years and it is a Jackson staple. They put their heart and soul into every plate served. Kudos to everyone that works there!!!

My husband and I eat here and love the ribs. They baked beans and potato salad tastes like it came from Walmart. I would advise double fries and double check your order because they don't listen at times.

Use to be one of my favorites. But now building too filthy and Barbecue is terrible and burnt up. The had the audacity to say you must wear a mask to enter. When I looked at the pit and the ceiling I was like are you serious. They need to shut down anddo a deep cleaning fr!!

The food was shockingly not good today. The meat tasted old which was weird because we went at 11.30am. The sauce wasn 't as tasty as it normally is. I guess it could 've been an off day but I 'll go again next week and give another review to be fairlol.
