The staff treated me like an old friend, the service was impeccable, and the food was cooked exactly as I requested. I never had to ask for anything, as everything was brought to my table before I even had the chance to request it. I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience and the friendly conversation. The food was delicious! Our waitress was incredibly friendly. My friend and I visited the restaurant on a Wednesday and despite there only being two waitresses, they handled everything efficiently. A special thanks to the waitress Sarah B (I believe that's her name) for the excellent service. And of course, thank you to the chef for a delicious meal!
Both servers made a mistake with our orders, even though we ordered the same dish. The food was quickly replaced. However, when my dish was brought back, there were hair stuck in my fries and macaroni noodles on the plate.
The service at this restaurant was satisfactory, however, the food was overly salty. We ordered omelettes and a children's meal, both of which were quite salty. The omelettes were greasy, the toast was slightly tough, and the hash browns were too crispy on the outside and undercooked on the inside.
The food was delicious, but the Moon's over My Hammy did not resemble the picture on the menu or what it used to be. The sandwich used to be around 3 inches tall, but it came out only about an inch in size. I understand times are tough economically, but this was disappointing. It's no longer the same quality and certainly not worth $11.99. On a positive note, the waitress was excellent. It's a shame that inflation has impacted the sandwich and its price.
