As for the appetizers: the Terrine was decent, but the carrots were undercooked and inexplicably spicy. The Bread and Butter stood out as the best dish of the night—how sad is that? The drinks were good, as we tried the Wolf Pup and the Old Fashioned. For the main course, I ordered the Black Rice, which was TERRIBLE—overly acidic and the mushrooms were RAW. The Lamb was better, but at least the pasta was homemade; even so, my Nonna could make it a thousand times better. Overall, I'd recommend coming here only if you’ve already tried Snake River Grill and exhausted all other options.
The food, drinks, and service at Coelette's were among the best meals I've experienced worldwide. Our group appreciated the staff's expertise, the perfect pacing of the meal, and the enjoyable atmosphere. I highly recommend Coelette's to anyone seeking an exceptional dining experience in Jackson. My family had a fantastic experience at Coelette. We visited on Sunday, July 23, with a reservation, and everything was exceptional—both the food and the service. For appetizers, we enjoyed the Bread Butter, Butterhead Salad, and Carrots, the latter of which was a delightful surprise. All of the appetizers were outstanding. For our main courses, we ordered Sturgeon and Steak, and everyone agreed that they were delicious. A big shoutout to the chef! For dessert, we tried the Pistachio Cake, which was also excellent. Our drinks included sparkling wine and a specialty cocktail, both of which were enjoyable. The service was impeccable; the servers were attentive without being intrusive, and the management checked in with us a couple of times throughout our meal.
I’m not sure if we came on an off night or what. Menu not the same as on the website so just be aware. We ordered 2 appetizers and one entree. The spring onion appetizer was a complete fail. All one stringy onion, had to request steak knives to separate/cut in somewhat shareable portions. This in my opinion is not appropriate for an appetizer. The leek appetizer came on one slice of burnt bread. Again not easily shared, the leeks would not cut well. The flavor was actually really nice but overall an underwhelming dish. We split the Soba noodles. Nice generous portion and we loved the little pickle slices. Super, super salty so just be aware. For this to be casual fine dining the food (at least what we ordered) was ok, not great. Our server was phoning it in. Maybe she was having an off night. Nice enough but not engaging or even the least bit interested. I do like the space, the atmosphere was nice and we did really enjoy our cocktails. Over all we were disappointed and underwhelmed given all the high reviews.
Fine dining in a beautiful, cozy setting. Perfect for a date night or to celebrate an occasion. The menu is small and the food is fresh and incredibly well prepared. I wanted to soba but unfortunately they were out, so instead, we tried the steak and the trout and they were both phenomenal. I don't really like fish and even I enjoyed the trout. The servers are fun and very knowledgeable about food and wine, and the interior is absolutely beautiful. Food: 5
Nestled in the heart of town, this upscale log cabin-style restaurant offers an inviting atmosphere and a creative, diverse menu that impresses many with its unique dishes and exceptional quality. While service is often praised for being warm, attentive, and knowledgeable, some guests have found it inconsistent, and a few felt the menu was overly complex or the flavors uneven. Signature cocktails and cozy ambiance elevate the experience, making it a favored spot for fine dining in Jackson, Wyoming. Despite occasional mixed reviews, it remains a hidden gem celebrated for its creativity and hospitality.

Fantastic food and service. Unique cocktail menu. I’ve been in multiple times and they always treat me and my group very well. Won’t hesitate to come back. Some of my favorites were the route 5 drink and the elk loin dish and the TARTIFLETTE AU RAGOUT (by far the best in my opinion)
Wonderful experience overall. The room is charming, service attentive. We were worried that the menu seemed a bit pretentious but everything was delicious. Highly recommend for a special dinner!
Always on point and exceptional. The service was excellent as usual. The bus is so friendly and attentive special thanks to him for a great experience.
Nice dinner in a beautiful, cozy room. Our waiter was fabulous and made great recommendations. The wine list was great, I had a really delicious glass of Pinot Noir. We ordered the short rib and one of the pasta specialties for our entrees and both were excellent. We really enjoyed our dinner here.

Food was excellent.Service was a disaster. Maybe we were there on a really really bad night. Other tables around us were complaining as well.Dog friendly outside!
Lovely place, great food, extraordinary drinks (try the cardamom mezcal cocktail! but specially tremendously friendly and professional staff! We really enjoyed a casual fine dining experience in between touring National Parks with limited dining opportunities.Definitely recommend! Oh and do order the Pistachio dessert, even if you are full. You will find space for that ;
We came for rooftop cocktails, and had a great experience. The service was phenomenal, the cocktails were delicious, and the atmosphere was wonderful! The rooftop has a view of Snow King mountain and offers a great environment. They have string lights and heaters as well.

All the servers and hosts were friendly and cool. We have found customer service in Jackson to be really bad and the staff at Coelette reminded us that a few good ones exist. We would highly recommend this place. The menu was creative and affordable.
This charming restaurant is located in the heart of town and has a delightful upscale log cabin atmosphere. The service was exceptional—attentive yet unhurried, and the staff demonstrated great knowledge of the menu and food preparation, helping us make the best choices for dinner. The mushroom appetizer and its accompanying sauce were absolutely AMAZING. Be sure to order a side of bread so you can soak up that delicious sauce! I tried the sturgeon for the first time, and it was light, flaky, and moist—I’ll definitely order it again. The side of corn was a tasty addition and could easily serve as a standalone entrée for vegetarians. For dessert, the pistachio cake was flavorful and delicious, making for the perfect size after a hearty meal.
Coellete is not special. The sturgeon was good, but not so with our chanterelle appetizer or steak. The so called chanterelle app was done with a lightly fried egg, but ended up being 6 very small chanterelles and a huge overconsuming egg. Spiced perfectly, so the egg was good, but where were the mushrooms? The steak was cooked to a perfect, just less than medium rare, but was tough. You don't expect tough and chewy from this kind of restaurant. Wouldn't go back.
My review is primarily based on my experience with the manager. The food has a very earthy flavor, which I actually enjoyed. I highly recommend the corn appetizer—it was delicious! I'd much prefer to spend my money here rather than at a chain restaurant. It's definitely worth trying at least once.
I had the best dining experience in Jackson. The waitstaff was well-informed about every item on the menu, and their recommendations were perfect. The cocktails were creative and delicious. The food was fantastic, and the quality was exceptional. We tried the special, which included steak and sturgeon, and for dessert, we had vacharin—I'm still dreaming about it!

One of the best restaurants in Jackson Hole, if not the best. Fantastic cocktails, beautiful setting and staff that not only knows the menu, but enjoys discussing and explaining it to the guests. Explore the menu, order a thing or two you typicallywouldn?t and you will be blown away.
We visited Coelette a few weeks ago when Yellowstone was closed. We had dinner plans elsewhere, but visited the bar. We met the GM, Wes and several staff members. The restaurant and bar are beautiful and everyone that works there is friendly. The cocktailswere fantastic too. We'll definitely do dinner there next time. This place gets hospitality. Highly recommend.
Update: went to dinner here for my birthday and it was fabulous. Food was on point, the duck and dipping sauce (best potato salad we ever had), the fritters, melon salad were mouthwatering, and the desserts all delicious, especially since they slippedin an extra one for my birthday, very thoughtful. Service was wonderful, especially sweet Blythe! Came for brunch withco-workers, wasn't sure what to expect. Left pleasantly surprised, if I wasn't there with co-workers I might have taken everylast piece of food off every shared plate we had! The style of food took me straight back to when I lived in Europe years ago(Antwerp), the mushroom toast and salads especially. Everything was delicious, made with fresh ingredients, and service was topnotch! I also recommended them to a foodie friend in CO who's from Australia, who then recommended it to his friends visiting. Will probably come here again for dinner, this time with my husband for our anniversary coming up.
We had a great dining experience here. Service was great and attentive (a little too much in my opinion). Inventive menu with options for everyone. The elk steak was so flavorful, juicy, and fresh. I was glad I ordered it. We came here in the summer sowe dined outdoor to enjoy the cool evening mountain air, but the mosquitoes were really a killjoy.
Delicious food, cocktails and service that didn?t disappoint. We?ve eaten here a few times. Typically we sit at the bar. The bartenders are very knowledgeable about the food and any other ingredients or questions we had. The cocktails my wife and Iordered were the 53rd state and hygge nights. We had the bread and Butter plate, winter squash, Terrine and the mushroom dish. All the dishes were a hit except the terrine. The terrine was a bit clunky and lacked refinement and accoutrements. The pickledtomatoes and beans were just there on the plate. They didn?t really add anything. Overall, our experience was great. The pricingis on the upper end of Jackson, but the food and service are worth every penny.

The cocktails are fantastic, and the food recipes are incredibly creative and delicious! This place is quickly becoming our favorite restaurant in Jackson.
Consistently outstanding and exceptional. The service was excellent, as always. The busser was incredibly kind and attentive; a special thanks to him for making our experience so enjoyable.
