If I could give 6 stars, I would. We came in before close, and they were so nice! I got the coconut gelato and a strawberry and coconut entremet with a pistachio macaron. 10/10 recommend everything! I don’t even really like coconut, and I tried to go back every night for more of that gelato. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to make it back since they close at 7pm. Our server at Hatch suggested we walk over after lunch to check out one of her favorite Jackson spots. We did and likely the most rude individual we have ever encountered was behind the counter. If an employee he should be terminated and if an owner, then shame on you. I have no idea whether the product is anything special because we left and will never return. View all feedback.

Went in twice, first time for a chocolate bar, second time for a to-go mocha.Pro: loved both purchases, was served by really friendly servers both times who patiently tried to answer my questions, and servers agreed to customize my mocha with Mexican hot chocolate (separately on their menu) rather than the regular hot chocolate.Con: servers weren’t knowledgeable about ingredients in the chocolates, specifically whether any were dairy-free (I went with a bar which had a label with ingredients on it).I’d recommend checking this place out and I’ll probably go back for either the chocolate bar or Mexican mocha.
