We just finished a delicious meal at Thai Plate and wanted to pick up something sweet to take to our hotel. We walked in and were treated as if we should not be there. I picked up that vibe, my husband did not. I picked a small chocolate carmel dessert TOGO but was firmly told they were closing in 5 minutes. We were not planning on eating there. Totally unnecessary to emphasize closing and if staff rushed to close, close your damn door first.Work on customer service and perhaps other visitors would be willing to shell out over 10 bucks for a 3 bite dessert.

Super peaceful coffee shop and a great place to come in out of the cold. I got the matcha latte and it was amazing! The drinks even come out at the perfect temperature. Got macaroons as well and they were amazing, haven’t had one that good in a long time! Loved it here.

I’d pass !

Went in twice, first time for a chocolate bar, second time for a to-go mocha.Pro: loved both purchases, was served by really friendly servers both times who pat... read more Went in twice, first time for a chocolate bar, second time for a to-go mocha.Pro: loved both purchases, was served by really friendly servers both times who patiently tried to answer my questions, and servers agreed to customize my mocha with Mexican hot chocolate (separately on their menu) rather than the regular hot chocolate.Con: servers weren’t knowledgeable about ingredients in the chocolates, specifically whether any were dairy-free (I went with a bar which had a label with ingredients on it).I’d recommend checking this place out and I’ll probably go back for either the chocolate bar or Mexican mocha.
