Victoria was our hostess for my son's 8th birthday party on a Sunday around noon, and he had a fantastic time. The staff quickly addressed an issue I had with the ticket machine, and our pizza was even better than at most Chuck E. Cheese locations I've visited. The manager also stopped by to chat with us, which was nice.

From the moment we walked in, Tyliah and Keela made our experience enjoyable. They assisted us in choosing our lunch and advised us on how many coins we would need. The staff even provided extra drink options for the kids, even though the menu mainly featured soft drinks. The place was clean, all the games were functioning perfectly, and the kids had a fantastic time. I'm truly thankful to have such a fun spot in Jackson!
