Instead of addressing the customer's concerns, she appeared more interested in flirting with the guy at the door, which was incredibly frustrating, especially coming from a manager. I ended up giving a rating of 3 stars mainly because my kids enjoyed themselves. While Chuck E. Cheese has fun games, good management and strong customer service are vital. I was thankful it wasn't as crowded as our last visit, but unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet my expectations.

They were like ki... read more The kids were thrilled and didn't know which game to try first. It was a joy to watch them play all the different games available for tickets. They were like kids in a candy store, fully enjoying not only the games but also the pizza and drinks. The atmosphere was wonderful, enhanced by the traditional Chuck mascot entertaining the children.

From the moment we walked in, Tyliah and Keela made our experience enjoyable. They assisted us in choosing our lunch and advised us on how many coins we would need. The staff even provided extra drink options for the kids, even though the menu mainly featured soft drinks. The place was clean, all the games were functioning perfectly, and the kids had a fantastic time. I'm truly thankful to have such a fun spot in Jackson!
