The food took forever to arrive, the... read more It's unfortunate that this has become a go-to spot for us. No one in the dining hall seemed to be around in the afternoon. The food took forever to arrive, the drink machine wasn't working, the tables were sticky, and, to be honest, the food had a weird taste. It ruined our whole afternoon. For the price of a quick meal, we could have gone to a sit-down restaurant with better service and quality.

The... read more The restaurant was very clean, however, it was not very crowded like most restaurants these days, so I had to wait a bit before someone could take my order. The staff member working at the front was very busy, but could have at least acknowledged me instead of leaving me standing there. Another staff member at the front was friendly enough to take my order before starting her break. The food had the typical delicious taste of Captain D's, with no complaints. The kitchen staff seemed to have no issues, as my order came out quickly and accurately.

The coleslaw seemed to be past its expiration date. Additionally, I had to repeatedly explain my order to the server, who kept getting my side dish wrong.
