When we walked up to the front door it had a lock on it but was open for Take out and drive thru no dinein.

We waited over 35 minutes for our food, and despite being the second car in line at the drive-thru, we still hadn't received anything. To make matters worse, the staff asked if they should take the other customer's order while their microphone was still on, which felt very unprofessional. - Mirah

The fro... read more The restaurant was very clean, but, like many places nowadays, it seemed a bit short-staffed. I had to wait a little while for someone to take my order. The front staff member was quite busy, and while I understand the situation, it would have been nice if he had acknowledged my presence with a quick comment like, "I'll be right with you." Thankfully, another staff member kindly helped me by processing my order just before her break. The food was delicious and had the signature Captain D's flavor—no complaints there. The kitchen staff seemed well-staffed, as my order was prepared and served quickly and accurately.
