I tried it again yesterday and reported it was cold and got a credit. So I decided to use my credit and try again today! Cold!! And thelady says something may be wrong with our broiler! Tighten up! We spending money for cold food! I will not be going to thatlocation unless I?m going home to be able to reheat my burger! Not!!!

It wasnt busy, just 3... read more Bathrooms were in bad condition. We stood at the counter in the morning for 10 minutes with no assistance and were looked at and ignored. It wasnt busy, just 3 people at the counter and 2 in drive through. They had 3-4 employees in the back and all but onewere in uniform. When someone finally got to the register, they looked so fed up and uninterested. They moved slow and almostseemed like they were purposely stalling time. I have low expectations for Jackson but they somehow hit lower than expected. Wewent across the street to Mcdobalds and were helped on the spot with great morning attitude and were in and out with just twoemployees behind the encounter.
