The employee taking orders at the drive thru has a terrible attitude, and the cost for a whopper meal with cheese was over $10! Unreal and not worth the price. We asked for a receipt because we were in disbelief of such an inflated price, and the employee said she?d give it to us but she didn?t. The manager has an inferiority complex or thinks his fast food job is the best he can get. I bought food there twice and there were problems with both orders. I called to inform him and he reluctantly fixed both. The problem occurred on the second when he announced while on the phone that I said my salad isn 't fixed right and it had no or not enough cheese on it. He then said a few other things to the crew and asked aloud who made the salad then proceeded to ask if they put cheese on it, said again my salad had no cheese or bacon on it. He said they need to do better because This Lady on the phone said her salad was messed up . I had to listen to that and was in shock that he(a manager) would do that. There needs to be some re training at this location ASAP. I can make a better salad than this. This is less than a pinch of cheese. I go to other Burger King locations and their salads have better appearances. You know that salad should gave more cheese on it. You couldn 't taste anything but the disgusting chicken and soggy lettuce. It was old, not crisp at all.
I arrived and had to use the drive-thru because, of course, the inside was still closed. I was right behind a car that was at the speaker, and there were 4 cars ahead of that one. It took me 8 minutes to get in front of the speaker, and I was told 3 times to hold prior to me ordering (never got a chance to order). After sitting there for 12 minutes, a car behind me zoomed around me and went to the the first window. Now mind you, at this time there was only one other car at the second window. I attempted to call inside and I received the answering machine 3 times. Also, this was not during lunch or dinner time. It was a little after 2:00 pm. Totally unacceptable and the worst drive-thru experience ever!
Had to pull down and wait for my food, mainly every time we visit. the food was okay. The staff was meh. Better luck next time.

The Burger King on Old Canton Rd. has the best burgers. They prepare it like you want. They don't make mistakes on your order. The cook is the best.
