We were immediately greeted when we went from a young lady at the Hostess stand to the door, who got us a table ready for our party of 4 adults and a 6 months o... read more We were immediately greeted when we went from a young lady at the Hostess stand to the door, who got us a table ready for our party of 4 adults and a 6 months old baby in a few minutes of our arrival. our server, dredging, was a very nice young man who looked after us very well. he was very describing about the food, answered all our questions knowingly and took care of all our requests with gusto. the guacamole was made tableside and was very good and obviously fresh. instead of regular tomats, the young man who prepared it uses sun-dried tomatoes that take for a delicious, new one on one of my favorite atarsizers. I ordered the black bohnenburger without ice-washing and asked him not to be fried (on recommendation of the chef). the patty was remarkably made house and had great taste. the bungalow was fresh, soft and held its shape for the entire meal. I also had a cauliflower taco with radishes Slave. it was a super tasty 3 bits! not too awfully expensive, either, only $80 for 3 appetizer, 4 entrees, and 2 drinks. Apart from that we need to wait about 10 minutes to be greeted by a server after sitting by the hostess and taking our beverage order due to the "catching the restaurant during the shift," our overall experience at babalu was a positive one. I'd eat here in a way.
