People were very friendly. That's why they have 2 stars. After we paid, they told us to move forward. We had to wait 20 minutes for our food to get out. When it finally came out, I asked if they put the sauces in their pocket. They didn't. So the guy had to go back to the store and bring him back. We ordered 2 French dips but got a container (can be a quarter cup in it) from au jus. You had to go without. We also ordered a “Fleischberg”. Instead of a meat mountain, we have a meat mol. There was a sliver of every meat when it is usually stacked with meat and cheese. It's a $11 sandwich. I'd expect it to be hearty. We also have a gyro. That was very good. But overall not the best experience.
Excited to hear that the Wagyu burger was back. I drove to Arbys here in Jackson, Tn., ordered three. They were over cooked, sloppily dressed, bread bun was not up to a gourmet burger it had an unusual taste. I tied to eat one as I was very hungry, did consume half, my thirty three yr. old son took one bite exclaiming that it has a strange taste. Luckily we have five large dogs who found them consumable. You need to train cooks on how to prepare. 5 Guys will once again be my burger choice.
The Reuben sandwiches were very good and well worth the wait. I gave 4 stars on service because I had to wait about 10 minutes for my food. The server let me know that there would be a wait of about 10 minutes for my fries.. so I was aware that it would take longer than normal to get my food. The server who brought it out to me was very nice and apologized again for the wait. It is nice to deal with people who have manners and appreciate their customers. I will definitely be back when I'm in the area again.
