My sister and eat here about twice a week, always has been good food and good food but last night she went and picked 2 Reubens, 2 reg roast beef, 1 French dip,... read more My sister and eat here about twice a week, always has been good food and good food but last night she went and picked 2 Reubens, 2 reg roast beef, 1 French dip, and a brisket sandwiche. Everything was great except my Reubens, there was just a few pieces of meat on them and it was cut real thick, tough, and I Nad to use a knife and fork to cut and eat it, I don't think I'll be coming back

After 10 minutes without anyone taking our order, we decided to leave. I won't be returning.

On October 13, 2022, at 5:35 PM, I decided to visit this restaurant and ordered a Jamoca shake, only to find out that the machine was out of order. Next, I went... read more On October 13, 2022, at 5:35 PM, I decided to visit this restaurant and ordered a Jamoca shake, only to find out that the machine was out of order. Next, I went for a root beer, but the machine for that was also down. After completing my order, I was instructed to pull forward and wait. As I waited, I realized that I had paid with my credit card but had not received a receipt. When our food finally arrived, I asked for my receipt and was informed that that machine was also not working! This was the last straw for me. I expressed my frustration about not having a receipt, especially given all the issues that had already occurred. The gentleman who delivered our food simply replied that he was just an employee, which felt dismissive. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I'm feeling quite uneasy about it. Please assist!

However, the only downside was that the food was cold and had an excessive amount of sauce.
