Honestly, I was a little skeptical on the basis of the reviews. Had the complete opposite experience. Sopas were delicate and tasteful mainly with Chipotle sauce. Fresh watermelon juice is always a treat. Large room in the indoor and outdoor areas to hangout and cool folk music. Everything about delicious and good atmosphere. What User doesn't like about Picas Mexican Taqueria:
The salsa and chips are pretty good, but has no spices. My partner and I both had the Veggie Burrito. They were pretty big burritos, but not a kind of taste. The whole consisted of rice, beans and squash. Oh, and a little Cotija. That's it. For 2 Burritos and Chips salsa it was $35. I would recommend going somewhere else. View all feedback.

Not bad. Priced for what it is, but the good is above average. I liked it. The sopis were really good. Too much green up, but the chicken was tender. I'd get it back. friend got Steak and said it was pretty good
Great food! Loved the AL Pastor Burrito! Open on a house made flour tortilla. I'll be back!

This place is great! Cute little outdoor seating with some shade, and the food was excellent. Great guac and the al pastor tacos with homemade tortillas) were some of the best I?ve ever had. Locally owned and operated. You order at the counter and find a table; self serve water and sometimes they have fresh fruit juices :
