Every single mexican joint in town is about 2 times better, and nearly half as expensive for much more food... For instance had the most mediocre chopped salad (seriously did they ever even try these ingredients together? For 12 bucks and then to add a slice of chicken it was an extra 6 dollars.. go to El Metate for authentic mexican, fiesta, or tex mex you can get it at merry piglets. Ive tried this restaurant out of convenience 4 times or so and im always let down. Atmosphere is great, workers are nice, food and prices are just wack.

I was disappointed to find a black curly hair in my burrito at this restaurant. However, the staff was friendly both before and after the issue. The service for my take-out lunch was excellent, with a rating of 5 out of 5. The atmosphere also scored a 5 out of 5. The price range per person was $10 to $20.

Honestly I was a little skeptical based on the reviews. Had the complete opposite experience. Sopas were tender and flavorful especially with adding chipotle sauce. Fresh watermelon juice always a treat. Great space indoors and out to hangout plus chillfolk music. All around delicious and good atmosphere. Only recommend they add a $3 tacos special every now and again, priceswere a bit high but that?s to be expected in Jackson.
