Clean, stylish with a nice variety. I didn't try too much after reading the prior reviews I am not a buffet person...regardless, I went with the positive suggestions: ribs, mashed potatoes broccoli and they were good. My husband tired more wasn't not impressed with the sea food, but liked the shrimp cerveci on the salad bar. We liked the restaurant better at Cactus Pete's the prime rib the night before. What User doesn't like about Pancho Villa's At Cactus Petes And The Horseshu:
For $30, we expected a really good buffet, but it was disappointing. Nothing on the salad bar, not much variety. My husband had a steak that tasted spoiled and shrimp that tasted like flour. The best part, if there is one, was the dessert area. If you're going to charge 30+ you should have a lot more food. And the buffet chef at the time was rude, ignored my mom and husband waiting to be served cut of meat. View all feedback.
We were expecting a great buffet for $30, but were disappointed. The salad bar had nothing on it and there wasn't much variety. My husband's steak tasted spoiled and the shrimp tasted like flour. The best part, if there was one, was the dessert area. For the price, there should have been more food available. The buffet chef at the time was rude and ignored my mom and husband while they were waiting to be served meat.
The restaurant is clean and stylish, offering a nice variety of options. Despite not being a fan of buffets, I followed the positive suggestions and tried the ribs, mashed potatoes, and broccoli, which were tasty. My husband was not impressed with the seafood, but enjoyed the shrimp ceviche from the salad bar. Overall, we preferred the restaurant at Cactus Pete's with its prime rib over the meal here.
The food was hearty, delicious, and left me feeling satisfied. The service was good. The only suggestion would be to offer more variety in meat dishes.
Overpriced buffet. Needs some quality dishes added. Food is plain. Dessert has many choices.
