it is an omnivore restaurant with assorted vegan options, such as vegan pizzas, sincean steaks with roasted cartoffels, beyond saussages and hamburguers, baked aubergines filled with heura, toast by veggie ham...etc the offer varies every season, better ask before. they even grow their own organic and chemical free vegetables, which are offered in salads, grilled, vegetable creams.
