The untrained barista tried to give me the coffee from the cash register. As I reached out, the filter coffee with hot milk in the cardboard cup squeezed by the barista spilled into my hand. It hurt me so much. I have been a Starbucks customer for years. This is the first time I have encountered such inexperience.
