Contribute FeedbackIf you want to make a reservation at the seaside, you should do so at least 2 or 3 days in advance. We were a party of four and ordered cheese, salad, sea beans, atom, shrimp and calamari casserole, and a 70 cl bottle of raki. Two of us had fish along with a fruit platter, and the total bill came to 530 lira. As it is a municipal establishment, we found it a bit pricey; however, we realized that we could have easily gotten full with the appetizers without ordering fish. We were satisfied with the service. Since it was a Friday evening, the place was full, but enjoying raki and fish with that beautiful view and the scent of the sea was divine.
The staff were very attentive and friendly. The appetizers were generally very good, but we didn't like the octopus at all. Despite it being Saturday night, we had no trouble finding a table. It's a lovely place for a family meal.
Deniz Kent restaurant, operated by Kent A.Ş. under the Karşıyaka municipality, is situated in a prime location where no other brand-name restaurant could find such an advantageous spot. Located by the sea in Mavişehir, it feels as if you've arrived at a summer retreat, with a two-lane cobblestone road that is closed to traffic. Children ride their bikes along the beach, balloon vendors stroll by, and adults enjoy their walks. Meanwhile, you can indulge in the pleasure of traditional drinks like raki and other national beverages.
Prices are high compared to other locations, there is persistent fish smell due to a problem related to the chimney, it is a little overcrowded.
They give employees very big sections and service is slow. Food is okay
