Absolutely delicious! The best adana and iskander kebab ive ever tried, super friendly hosts.. its a must!
This place was great! I had the tavuk pilav (chicken on white rice), and I thought that the chicken was well seasoned and cooked well, and the rice and pita were great. My husband had the tavuk shish, and he didn’t love it as much as we both liked my dish. The service was great, but it did seem like they were training new staff. Every time we ordered something, 4 people would come to the table and one person would tell them all what to do. Overall, we loved it and would come back. The food was good and they took good care of us.
If you want fresh and tasty Turkish food, at very good prices and served by quick and friendly staff, you should definitely go to this place. It’s not a tourist trap, on the contrary, I saw lots of local people there (I was there two times during my trip to Izmir)
Great menu with a traditional food. Great location and prices. Very polite employees. All in all, they're awsome.
Highlights: amazing service, friendly staff, spectacular taste, great interior design. (More below) To improve: nothing! Our waiter Özcan helped us very well; he even helped add things to our dish that we wanted (which wasn't originally part of the menu, eg. soğan/onions with the iskender), and helped us take photos, and gave us free çay (turkish tea) and türk kahvesi (turkish coffee). The iskender was great! Usually due to the economic situation, the meat is very thinly sliced, but here they gave generous slices and the taste was amazing. The salad was also very well-presented. Would definitely come again and would highly recommend.
