UNFRIENDLY AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I 've been going to Opinio a couple days in a row now (10+ days) and have spent at least 4/5 euros each time and sometimes numerous of times in a day (they are overpriced but are the only place on the VUB campus where you can buy a coffee (or so I thought), but that is a conversation for another day), I went there to have a meeting and the old white guy with glasses told me to buy something or leave in a very rude manner, while an hour before I bought something but took a take out and came back. Is this how Opinio treats their clients? This man even told me 'I take the train every day so does that mean I shouldn 't pay ' tell me where the analogy is in this situation please? The customer service is absolutely nowhere to be found, as I see from the reviews, this is not an isolated incident, but one that keeps on repeating itself. I say; go and take a course in customer serivice and how to talk to somebody in a normal manner. For the people that want to go here, I say: I’ve heard there is better coffee at the sportscomplex or the Greek Café next to colruyt, don 't spend a penny here.
