Menu item 609, a dry dish, which is OK, was just plain fried chicken added to a decorative quantity of sautéed dried chili peppers with no added flavors. None of the chili pepper flavor made its way onto the chicken, which was well cooked. FYI Stir fry: 4 cloves of garlic sliced thinly 2 green onions, chopped into 3 cm strips 50 g dried xiaomila “millet” red chili pepper, cut up into pieces 5 ml light soy sauce 3 ml Sichuan peppercorn oil 3 ml toasted sesame oil Desired quantity of pre seasoned and fried chicken pieces Toss all ingredients together in the wok. P.S. Only eat the chicken
