Hadrien Franchoo is the chef in the kitchen, having recently taken over Amen Restaurant after spending over four years at the Chalet. We opted for the lunch of the day, which included an appetizer for 7.50€ and a main course for 18.50€. The fact that the chef can create a complete meal for 26€ shows that he is capable of delivering even better dishes on the regular menu. The menu features high prices, but if the quality is there, it is worth it. The menu is concise, emphasizing quality and seasonal ingredients. The restaurant focuses on local products and Mediterranean influences, creating a cuisine that is reminiscent of sunny holidays. The menu consists of 4 appetizers, 4 main courses, and a 4-course menu for 54€, as well as a lunch menu on weekdays and a selection of specials. Each dish we tried was a delightful combination of flavors. The staff was friendly and the service was impeccable. The only slight criticism would be the pricing, which may be on the higher side. Overall, we had a delightful dining experience at AMEN and would recommend it to others.
