I lived for a year in France and ate at the finest French restaurants and Hagi restaurant was far superior to anything there. Each dish was prepared with the most delicate grace and care, the taste lingering on your tongue like a thousand dancing angels. The service is custom made to your needs so could not possibly be better. This is the only dining experience I have had that is so superb it almost takes you to a whole new level of consciousness. It is worth a trip to Japan for one day just to dine here. I was only able to come once to this restaurant for dinner but it is no hyperbole to say I will treasure every flavor of every dish for years to come. This chef is a true master and genius who has achieved a true level of other worldly inspiration. A dining experience you must taste for yourself to believe that such ecstasy in dining is possible.

The chef's passion is the season of vegetables, fish, meat, and all picked in the neighborhood. Taste, quantity, timing, and all are satisfied. We were very satisfied with the atmosphere of the restaurant and staff, the chef's attitude and all the concerns. 3 hours We will try again.
