Contribute FeedbackTerrible delivery; it ruined a children's party. We ordered 2 sets and 3 pizzas at 5:41 PM, but they were delivered at 10:55 PM, by which time the order was no longer relevant. The operators provided no explanation for the situation. I highly do not recommend this delivery service, and you definitely shouldn't make any prepayments. Meal type: Other. Food: 3. Service: 1. Recommended dish: Baked Set.
Terrible. The promised delivery within 1.5 hours was not fulfilled. I called three times; they promised it would be ready in 30 minutes, then in 20, and then in 15 minutes. In the end, they canceled after 3 hours. It's disappointing.
The food arrived completely cold.
The order arrived without soy sauce. Service: 1
The food is very delicious.
