owner of cafe sora checked that this could be vegan for us. Chefs were happy to swallow meat in pasta dishes for veggies. mostly cauliflower, silly, slightly raw broccoli on oily pasta, which had no bright fresh tomato sauce. I couldn't eat it. Wife loved it, though thought it was authentic italian. View all feedback.
