The New Year's Dinner had some gems of the rabbit Cadeau and the truffle mushroom soup. However, the profiteroles were dry (we often have them at Chez Nous where they are absolutely beautiful), the Risotto was watery, and no coffee or espresso was included with dessert. So sad you go! Thanks for many great meals!
The service was laughing bad for a “prix fixe” New Year’s menu. Low points: Served soup without spoon The food served a steak without steak knife The waitress pours chocolate sauce on my wife's profiterole and also the table and her stand! (She was in the bathroom) No towels available in the toilet — some dirty on the floor, although our waiter doubled as the bartender who left halfway through the dinner service My food (moushroom soup, rabbit, bananas on the head cake) was actually good... although the rabbit was boiled so that if it pulled pork I would not be surprised. But my low rating for the food is really all the others on my table (beef? small and overdue. Abuse Bouche and Profiterole? History. Etc. It was a demolition and a terrible experience and embarrassed me that I booked it for our group. Avoid this garbage like the plague.

This was my second time to Bonneville and was very excited about the NYE menu. It was just my friend and I. Our reservation was 7:30. We had a very high table. The service was very slow. I saw my wine sitting at the bar for at least 10 minutes before the waitress finally brought it here. At 9:15 we had to finally get our check and not get our dessert because we had a show to go. The waiter has not even offered to reduce our bill. I also heard that he told the table near us that the restaurant had problems for a while and that they were short employees last night. I rarely complain, but in this one night... especially with an on-site menu, there is no reason that the restaurant should not be prepared. Very deceived about our experience.
Overall good experience. Only complaint being that the waiter didn’t know allergy information, then assured us the meal would be safe from an allergen when it was not.
