Visited for the first... read more This is for the store on Arlington Heights Rd. In Itasca. 1. Not all Elemployees were wearing masks in violation of the state mandate. 2. Visited for the first time since this location switched from a Mobile station. I bought an Icee which cost less than $1.50 when the station was a Mobile. To my shock the price at the register was $3.76! This is more then 3 times what I paid before and way more than any other Icee/slurpee price! I will no longer shop at any Casey's at this location or when I travel. Received a response from Casey's saying that they allow their employees to be unmasked unless required by local authorities. Do you research! Masks are mandated indoors in Illinois.

Young guy who 's I assume is the manager, never makes eye contact, has built an US against THEM culture in just a few shirt weeks of it being a Casey 's. Two horrible experiences already. Deleting my rewards app and sharing my poor experiences. Completely unacceptable..... I 'm making this personal because we love the brand in rural areas. So far here ruining it....

I?ve been coming here for years, and once this Scrooge started working here, he has to ID me each time for cigarettes. He knows who I am, just has to exercise his weird power trip. No one else ids me because I?m a 30 year old man. I once told my coworker about this and he said that he never got IDd from him. We are the same age and don?t look that young... One day he didn?t, and I was like finally! went back two days later, he says he needs ID. I almost lost it. Maybe I have because I?m writing a review. And don?t give me the we card everyone line, it?s not true.

(EDIT: AND AGAIN WITH NO SOAP) Went in to talk to manager, she was too busy on phone. Even if corporate,she should have made time for patron. Please note that the better reviews are when the station was Buckys. Only reason Icontinued to fill here was for wash. Now..I'll just fill across the street and wash elsewhere.
