Been wanting to try this place for a while as its always packed when we go by. Went in for late breakfast today. Super helpful cashier explained the menu. Place is small, but very clean. We had an egg sandwich with fries which was good and then a scramble with egg and sausage. Some things were only room temperature (english muffin) and other things were nice and hot. Worst BLT sandwich ever asked at the register for very very soft bacon. I dropped a piece on the floor it broke in half. They let dogs eat near you so dog hair flying in food when breeze kicks up. Also at register I asked for unsweetened plain tea served tropical tea. Pipe 's Cafe is hands down one of our favorite spots! My husband and I visit often, and we’re always impressed by the high-quality food, generous portions, and very reasonable prices. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming—special kudos to Tai, Dana, and Roxie for consistently going above and beyond! They do an amazing job keeping the tables and floors clean, which is especially impressive for an outdoor space. We also love the unlimited coffee refills—such a great bonus! The atmosphere is so relaxing, and the beautiful beach view makes every visit a perfect experience. Highly recommend!
One of favorite beach breakfast locations in socal. Great portions and delicious. Chill beach atmosphere.

I wish this place was closer to home, we happened upon it coming from San Diego to Brea. OMG the portions are huge and the eggs are good. More potatoes than you can eat, we hope to go back soon. It was enough for us both for breakfast the next day too
A go to breakfast spot for any occasion. Personally I enjoy going there after surfing. All the food options are super good and if you want something a specific way just tell them and they can make it happen. Also super good coffee. Highly recommend.
