I'm not used to writing critical reviews but the sea bass fillet shouldn't have been offered if you weren't sure of its freshness and goodness. This is not the way to serve the customer. price/quality not adequate. The owner, in addition to being at the cash register, must be critical and attentive to the work of his collaborators.
