New Hatay Kebab Fish House - Istanbul

Great staff and manager is very friendly. The menu has a great diversity and is available in all languages. Portions are generous and food is very tasty.

We randomly went to this outside seating restaurant and were amazed at what it had to offer. We ordered a Casserole and a Chicken sheesh. Former was lambs cooked with tomatoes, onions and mushrooms in a casserole and tasted delicious. Chicken shish was more of what we call chicken tikka served with salad and rice (called pilaf . It wasn't that great, chicken pieces were a bit hard.<br/ I wanna say something about Turkish pilaf. It is the most amazing form of rice I've ever had. Not a particular place but in general everywhere. Sometimes I used to just hv rice and nothing else!! So much so that we bought the ingredients to try cooking it here :

The food is absolutely fantastic! The staff is very polite and friendly! In 3 days we stayed in Istanbul, we ate here 3 times. You must give it a try, won't regret it.
