We went there for bites and drinks so we sat at the bar and ordered some appetizers which were great but not really worth all the hype around this restaurant. It was actually recommended to us by locals so I’m assuming their main dishes are amazing. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in the area

Price is a bit high for Istanbul $100 for two). Worth a casual meal if you are in the area, but not a special visit.

Our waiter was also terrific, so polite. This is rare in istanbul as for some reason waiters in good restaurants act like they own the place or something so having a good service is special. We went there quite early as they only had a table available between 6pm and 9pm. We arrived, ate, and around 9pm the waiter politely invited us to the bar where we could finish our wine and have more drinks.<br/ <br/ The waiters in the bar section I thought were not well trained and the quality of service just dropped. I mean it would be OK under normal circumstances in a bar not to expect good service but this is supposed to be a top notch restaurant so i don't think they should be able to afford to have poor service.<br/ <br/ I mean i had a good experience overall and i would recommend anyone to go and try it out but i don't think it will be a restaurant I personally would revisit. Unfortunately this is an issue in istanbul as there are many signature restaurants that are unable to maintain a good quality service and well trained personnel.

The octopu... read more My partner and I had a fantastic evening at Murver. The views were incredible, and so was the service. They were attentive, informative and friendly. The octopus was the best I’ve ever had. The lamb was good, however I would try something else next time. It was a unique dish (picture attached). $170 USD for 2 apps, 2 mains, a bottle of wine a tip, noting we ordered dishes that were more on the expensive side.
