I don't know why this place is listed here. if they are there, then it is a good choice, but it is certainly not worth getting out of their way for. it's like so many other places in town. again I am confused why it is on this list. the most ubiquitous menu in istanbul seems to be a mix of Turkish food, pizza, pasta, burgers and sandwiches. they will find it at every other place they walk past. I had a sandwich and it was good, but again I could have had it everywhere.

I was disappointed, however, by a very educational bruschetta, which seemed to have been in contact with some of them. in contrast to this, the French fries seemed fine and tasty. this place can be very busy as there is a great view of the bosporus on the back, so it could be better to avoid busy times as the weekend. for a cheaper place with a similar menu, but still good quality, try tramvay further down the street on the right direction tunel (the arrabiata, order it without parmesan.)

That said, do reserve tables far in the back, along the glass windows overlooking the Bosporus. The menu is extensive. There's something non Turkish for everyone. We love Turkish food but came here for the view. All 3 salads we ordered were excellent: Omega 3 salad, fried artichoke salad and antioxidant salad. The fruity drinks were very sweet. I had to order an extra bottle of water to dilute it. Very Attentive service.

I suggest a... read more This place offers one of the most stunning views of the historic peninsula and the Bosphorus. I make it a point to visit every time I'm in Istanbul. I suggest arriving early in the morning for breakfast to secure a prime table with a view, as they tend to fill up quickly. The food is delicious, the coffee is great, and the staff is friendly.
