We just went there to see the sun set and to drink some glasses of wine. The restaurant itself is huge with different areas where you can sit. All of them are really cozy and inviting you to stay for a long time. All the food looked tasty and mouth watering. The staff was nice, effective and fast. View all feedback.
What Batool A doesn't like about Midpoint:
I ordered the Hawaiian salad, or whatever it was called, and I was bothered by the fact that every vegetable was cut differently, which triggered my OCD. After finally convincing myself to look past it, I found that the salad tasted fine. The chicken was tender, but I wish there were more fruits included in it. View all feedback.
The main train of this place is the view of the back area, which is quite beautiful. it's a pretty boring non-Veg place. the menu has no special vegan or vegetarian sections, but there are a few Veg elements on the menu (they note allergens, etc.) we thought everything was good and cheap.
Based on this restaurant with a veg friendly review on here, I have made a point of eating here. I don't know why this place is listed here. if they are there, then it is a good choice, but it is certainly not worth getting out of their way for. it's like so many other places in town. again I am confused why it is on this list. the most ubiquitous menu in istanbul seems to be a mix of Turkish food, pizza, pasta, burgers and sandwiches. they will find it at every other place they walk past. I had a sandwich and it was good, but again I could have had it everywhere.
Midpoint have a few places around istanbul, this on istiklal road is pleasant enough and actually not too expensive considering that it is more of a super market. the selection on the menu is not everything to be happy. the selection is typically generic. but there is a good choice of pizzas and they are quite decent. I was disappointed, however, by a very educational bruschetta, which seemed to have been in contact with some of them. in contrast to this, the French fries seemed fine and tasty. this place can be very busy as there is a great view of the bosporus on the back, so it could be better to avoid busy times as the weekend. for a cheaper place with a similar menu, but still good quality, try tramvay further down the street on the right direction tunel (the arrabiata, order it without parmesan.)
The place is so beautiful We went there In evening.. and the Bosporus view was awesome! Also the service and food was pretty good! Will visit there again!
The food is really really delicious, the service is also excellent the waiters were really nice, definitely 5 stars.
