good place to eat and refresh, it is open non stop and they can find live music in the night. prices may be quite expensive compared to other restaurants, but still ok, service is good and efficient, eating is normal, some dishes are better than others and schishas are good for the price. What Mizushi dislikes about Meşale:
Went around 6pm as we heard that there was a show soon and the man at the door also promised that there would be one. We ordered food and drinks which were decently good, the atmosphere was quite nice, easy to chat in. There was live music that started around 7pm which was nice but no performance until almost 7:30pm, possibly because the owner was waiting for more customers, which was a little disappointing. Fresh good food. Given bread. Shisha was really good and has a very vast menu. Order was extremely quick. Best restaurant I’ve been to in Istanbul by far. Very good prices too. Highly recommend.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is amazing. You can feel the Turkishness of the place. The service is fast and the staff speaks English which is a plus in my book. The band played oriental and sufi songs to set the mood. I ordered the frozen strawberry frozen, it was not to sweet, light and fresh. Perfect for cooling down in this weather. We ordered Peach hookah, it was good. Then the old man came and danced the Sufi dance, it was calming and spiritual. I would recommend this place if you want to chill out with your friends. They have food but I wasn’t hungry.
Yakub is a great host. He made us feel very welcome and a great sense of humour. There was a Sufi dance and live music which was really nice to see and added to the ambience. Price per person: ₺800–900 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
