Fusion Restauran - Istanbul

Once all the tables are full, we join the other customers and enjoy the food. I have returned to this restaurant multiple times because the food is consistently good. I would give it 5 stars if I could, but the app does not allow it. The portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable.

I had difficulty finding Vegan food in Istanbul, but this restaurant was outstanding! The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the food is absolutely delicious.

This restaurant is a bit expensive. A vegetable thali was priced at 45 TL and only included a serving of dahl, another dish, some rice, chapati, yogurt-based condiments, and non-vegan vegetables. As someone who is always hungry, I could have easily eaten 3 or 4 of these thalis. The menu also offers a regular thali for 25 TL, veg pakora for 15 TL, a single dish of mixed vegetables with chapati or rice for 25 TL, and a lassi for 15 TL (non-vegan). The food is not spicy by default, so make sure to request spice if you like it. The staff at the restaurant are very friendly and speak English.

I struggled to find vegan options in Istanbul, but this restaurant was a pleasant surprise! The staff was incredibly friendly and the food was absolutely delicious.
