Loyal client from the beginning, even if I am less often since I no longer live on the same street, I am always welcome there. Menus are copied at a reasonable price. What I like about Bishoku is that raw fish is neither too fat nor too dry. Thank you. View all feedback.
What Mathilde HARRIBEY doesn't like about Bishoku:
mixed opinion... The soup was clearly not exceptional. The correct makis. On the other hand, the gyozas were really good. Too bad there's no more choice of pins. Correct welcome but additional plates, when sharing dishes, would not have been too much... View all feedback.
The best Japanese restaurant I ate, everything is good, the price is suitable to taste. I'm advising
When I think of Japanese cuisine, the words that come to mind are knife skills, delicate flavours, precision, ...I ordered a sushi dish with a hot appetizer. The baked wonton came with a sauce that was almost pure vinegar. The sushi dish had salmon that was almost 1 cm thick. Everyone was too big to eat with chop sticks. The service was horrible. The waitress spent most of her time on her smartphone. It took forever. Never again!
