The fries look like they were fried the day before, and they taste that way too. Another time, I had a baked doner kebab with the crispy doner meat advertised, which looked quite pink and was very raw, most likely undercooked. When I complained, they said we had ordered shortly before closing time and couldn't get anything made until the next day. The end result: I was left with no food. Their suggested solution: I should buy a €10 voucher and would get an €11 voucher. Absolute cheek! I was supposed to spend another €10 to get €1 free. And three days later, my brother had a squashed snail in his doner salad. That's a no-go. Never again; this is a clear case of poor hygiene and service.
