We found this restaurant close to the east end of the magnificent romanesque abbey. It was full at lunch time but we made a reservation for the evening and were greeted warmly when we returned and thanked of our interest. restaurant that is referred to as a next michelin star. the kitchen and good and the dishes are well prepared, we are not there with the sevice. 40 minutes to be served. under the sun of the terrace and after repeated requests to have water we were satisfied. the bill a little salty considering having taken the menu of the day (and only that we have been proposed) is the gourmand coffee (bof pastries) based on nespre... A little expensive but a star pays, a delight all the dishes, an impeccable presentation, we come to explain what is in every dish that fresh. A choice of 3 breads. A discreet service. To be recommended without hesitation.
Came for lunch on a week day. The set up is particularly nice. Lovely wooden tables, plenty of space. The food is exquisite from my start to finish. Staff is very welcoming. Definite worth a detour
Visited with family and enjoyed the menu CRÉATION. Indeed a creation with magnificent combinations and taste. Definitely Michelin quality and great atmosphere. Nice design and well rebuild location in the hart of the city Issoire.

Excellent surprise that this restaurant that is clearly placed in the star race.The dishes are finely cooked, the flavors are there, the cooking are just the products are of quality. There is a real cooking on the order and it feels!The team is attentive knows its subject and seems happy to work it is rare in france. special mention for the sommelier! the room is beautiful and the terrace at the foot of the pavin elbow very pleasant. A few small flats remain because the road to the star is an arduous path, but this restaurant will remain a great surprise we reserved a table there from the end of our dinner!
