I had the Käsespätzle (cheese spaetzle), and the combination with the caramelized and roasted onions was also very good. Since the cheese is quite rich, half the portion would have been enough for me. But now I have something delicious to eat for dinner tonight We came here more or less spontaneously for dinner, as we were visiting the wildlife park on our day off. But we'll definitely come back for another meal. The one-hour drive to your place is absolutely worth it.

Goes much better with salmon, just a suggestion. The ambience can still be improved. Too minimalistic and too large, it lacks coziness. Room dividers might be a way to bring more atmosphere into the large room. We'll definitely come back because you're all so nice there
