I had no issues with my order at this location until today, July 30th at 11:40 AM. I was asked to wait for my order, and when it was finally delivered, I noticed that my large fries were missing. I returned to the counter to retrieve them. Unfortunately, the woman at the first window was not very friendly and communicated in Spanish over the intercom. What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
the employees are trying to maintain demand on Saturday. I bought a meal, but they just screamed when it was done for me to get it. I don't blame them, but maybe increase the reward and work more people? View all feedback.
They are always very slow so really takes away the whole FAST FOOD title lol another thing is couple different workers there are just really rude few different times I've gone there !: ! Last thing foods been cold when Ive gotten it which really sucks when McDonald's fires aren't hot because that's when they are the best there really is no reheating them it's just not the same ! ???
I ordered a large French fry a frappe in the drive thru. My fries were cold so I requested a new order. The associate quickly apologized said they'd be up momentarily, asking me politely to pull around the corner. My fresh, hot fries were up within about 2 minutes. I was highly satisfied!
This place has THE BEST WORKERS EVER!! EVERYONE WORKS SO WELL TOGETHER IT WAS AN AMAZING LUNCH Experience
Busy place but the associates are always so nice and professional, they really make me feel like a valuable customer. I come here all the time.
Thank You to Nate and Blake for always showing outstanding customer service each and every time I go there. Always greeted with a smile and have gone over and beyond every time I have gone there! I chose this McDonald's over the other in Issaquah because they really do have a wonderful staff! Thanks Guys!
