Flat Iron Grill - Issaquah

Fantastic steakhouse! It was hard to choose from all the incredible cuts, but the ribeye was absolutely melt-in-your-mouth delicious! The waitstaff was outstanding, particularly Kenzie! She was super helpful and friendly, knowledgeable about the specials, and helped my group pick the best entrees. This is definitely a place worth visiting!

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, and the service is exceptional. My partner and I placed our order without paying close attention and had to request a significant change afterward due to a dietary restriction. They addressed it right away and really saved our evening. We will definitely be returning!

Flat Iron is an excellent steak house. The food is great and service is fast and friendly. Every time I've eaten here my steak was done to perfection. It's amazing how many restaurants can't cook a medium rare steak, but these guys are experts. They have tasty drinks and guys desserts as well. Also good to know they have a separate room you can reserve for private events, it seats about 12 comfortably. The ambiance is casual and the aesthetic is kind of generic, but it's still a nice place for a date. You can have an easy conversation as it is fairly quiet.

Brilliant the food was amazingly flavorful!!! The best steak I've had in a long time! The whole staff was friendly especially Sarah I believe her name was! Very consistent across the board when it comes to food, atmosphere, price, and staff!!

Our dinner and service were outstanding! Our server was fantastic and super accommodating when it came to taking pictures of our group. I had the halibut, which was cooked to perfection, and I didn't hear any complaints about the steak being prepared incorrectly. Overall, we had a delightful experience!
