Fins Bistro - Issaquah

Wonderful food and ambiance! I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo, while my wife enjoyed the lasagna. Both dishes were outstanding and generously portioned. We dined outside on the patio, where the water feature and greenery created a truly relaxing environment. The service was fantastic as well!

The staff were very pleasant and attentive! I ordered the tuna, which was cooked perfectly, but unfortunately, it lacked flavor. They served it with a bacon jam, but I didn't particularly enjoy that. On the bright side, the dessert was fantastic! I had the pound cake, which turned out to be more like a molten cake. It was delicious. The price per person ranged from $50 to $100. Overall, I'd rate the food a 3, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4.

We finally got the chance to check out Fins Bistro Issaquah last night. Let me tell you what...it was AMAZING!!! Not that I'm surprised though. Head chef Jeff Maxfield takes dining to a whole other level. It was hard to decide what to order. The entire stuff is wonderful and very attentive. We started with the crab cakes and truffle parm fries. Both were fantastic! Then for dinner we did the seared Ahi tuna and the salmon with crab. Oh man, all of the flavors went perfectly together. We finished with Jeff's special tiramisu... Speechless! Do yourself a favor and check them out!!!
