I understand that she belongs to the trade ... years of work in Rome have made her a black belt in carbonara, amatriciana and cacio e pepe ... if I knew beforehand, perhaps I tasted them! Breakfast was perfectly sufficient but we're curious why single travellers were given the same therefore larger allocation of bread, meat and cheese as a couple!? Definitely recommended if you want to break the Bellinzona to Tesserete stage of the Via Gottardo!
