What Tigeriffic69 doesn't like about Topolski And Cafe:
This restaurant is located very close to the London Eye. My friend was interested in trying it out. The atmosphere felt a bit like being in a warehouse, with a few different rooms that were not clearly accessible. The selection of soft drinks was limited. The restaurant is situated under an arch, so you can hear the passing trains nearby. View all feedback.

Food and drink was good, staff attentive and location convenient for transport, central London, Thames etc. However, the night I visited the women's toilets were a disgrace. Out of the four cubicles, two were out of order and one had a broken lock. There was water all over the floor of the area by the sinks :
Under the arches, with the constant noise of trains above, this unusually located bar has a good range of drinks available served by kind and efficient staff (Viktor)

I stopped by for a drink before dinner and was a bit taken aback by the price of 4 drinks totaling just over £30. However, upon reflection, it wasn't too unreasonable considering the location in central London. We ordered 2 pints of Red Stripe Lager, a single and double G&T. The place was bustling even at 4:30 in the afternoon.
