The hog roast roll was absolutely delicious. I was able to choose my own bun, and of course I went with the biggest one. It was incredibly soft and they piled it high with meat, making it truly beautiful. I recommend finding a seat with a plate to catch all the overflowing goodness. I will definitely be returning to this place. View all feedback.

Whenever I get the rare chance to leave the office on a Friday afternoon, I make it a point to head to Whitecross Street Market for the Hog Roast. The only downside is that there are so many other people who want to eat from this stall too!
Excellent if you find yourself in the area, with flavors from around the world and exceptional breakfasts made right before your eyes.
1. They use homemade beef patties, and you can really taste the quality. 2. They provide a thoughtfully curated selection of fresh sauces and salads to complement your meal. 3. The portion sizes are generous. 4. With the right choices (after some experience), you can enjoy a burger that is both healthy and delicious—one of the leanest options in the city. While some places might offer cheaper or larger portions, that often comes at the expense of quality. The Roast of Sherwood really excels in this regard. It puts typical large chains like Biron’s and Five Guys to shame, as well as any local pubs or hidden gems, which usually fall short in at least one of the key areas I mentioned, often with too much fat in the meat.
