I recently visited Blackfoot, a restaraunt that specialises in porky products, and can say that the sausage roll (a special made with Spanish white sausage) and the Porchetta (rolled and roasted pork middle, stuffed with fennel pollen, rosemary and served with lentils and salsa verde) made for a truly memorable dinner! What Patricia Russell doesn't like about Blackfoot:
The Vibe Exmouth Market is a foodie date destination and a half. Caravan, Moro, The Quality Chop House and Medcalf all occupy units here. The brainchild of Tom Ward (founder of Leon) and Chef Allegra McEvedy, Blackfoot joined the party last year and has proved itself as yet another capable host. Blackfoot is the name and Blackfoot is the review. Located in Exmouth Market, I want to thank them for adding another fantastic restaurant to the area. A food expert and good friend recommended this place to me, so I checked out their website right away. The best way to describe this place is with one word: pork! We started with cracking and lard, then moved on to deep-fried ribs with lemongrass and ginger, followed by skyberry. Each dish was delicious and served in generous portions. By the end of the meal, I was quite full, but couldn't resist ordering some chips on the side to munch on. The service was excellent and they even had Camden beer to wash it all down. The highlight was the woman at the next table who had ordered a beautifully smoked piece of black-bellied old pork. Overall, a fantastic dining experience.
Blackfoot certainly lived up to its name with some incredibly delicious pork dishes. The kitchen drew inspiration from around the world to create a variety of exceptional pork dishes. And don't worry, the non-pork dishes were also quite tasty.
Excellent eating, great staff!. what a wonderful atmosphere. eating is glorious and the personal is wonderful that I do not live in london, but I will find time again!

Blackfoot is dedicated to pork – apart from a few vegetarian dishes and a fish of the day, it’s all about the pig at this small restaurant on Islington’s Exmouth Market.
