What Taylor Sexton doesn't like about Subway:
I ordered a Turkey Alvocado bacon 6 inch sandwich with double meat. I did not get double meat!!! And I paid the $1.50 extra for the double meat!!! GRRRR!!!!!!!! I would like my $1.50 refunded for what I didn't get!! This was an online order. I would suggest going in and ordering to make sure you're getting what you're paying for. View all feedback.
Everyone is always out of something. Why have a menu posted if several items are not available. Management credentials need to be evaluated.
Sign says that it closed at 10pm, it's 9:04pm and this location was closed. Please update your correct operating hours.
I'm so upset. Subway closes at 8 pm I get here at 740. I finish up with my phone call I go to walk inside and the dude runs over to the door and locks it I knock on the door and say hey you guys are supposed to close at 8:00 he goes yeah that's in 3 minutes I said no it's 7:44 you need to serve me I'm a very easy-going girl I just need one simple cold cut combo he says oh I had to leave early a family emergency 7 minutes early what is the difference this guy was completely rude and he closed the shop down before it was supposed to be I will never be back
Love this location! The staff are amazing, they helped me find my dream combo sandwich and now ill probably never get enough!
Honestly, if I could give no stars that would be my honest rating of this place.The employees informed us they did not have any bread, nor was there any bread in the oven. The flat and wraps were the only options available. That should have been my fist sign to leave. My boyfriend and I continued with the order. The employee did not change her gloves once while touching food then to a different surface i.e. toaster, the back fridge where she had to get more pepperoni from then back to food. My boyfriend noticed that the meats appeared to be discolored old as well as all the veggies. The tomatoes appeared soggy with a little bit of mold, the cucumber slices were shriveled, lettuce was turning brown. At that point we were disgusted with what we saw and decided to leave and go to a different Subway. Top it off both employees were sitting down as we first came in. All these issues could have been prevented had they actually been doing their job. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION UNLESS you ARE TRYING TO GET FOOD POISONING.We proceeded to go to the Subway on San Pedro Paseo. The assortment of bread was full, meats were FRESH, as were the vegetables. The service was GREAT! The food was DELICIOUS!
